I have learned what builds legacies...

I’ve built and managed HUNDREDS of teams for multiple 6, 7, and 8-figure entrepreneurs in the brick-and-mortar and the online space.

That includes recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, developing workflows, streamlining systems, tracking projects, team development, accountability, time keeping, managing payroll, evaluating, incentive programs, hard conversations, firing – when it comes to team, I've done it all, and then some.  

I've seen the direct line between a self-managing, high performing TEAM and building life-changing, long-lasting WEALTH. LEGACIES are not built without the right TEAM. 

I've started five businesses from scratch on shoestring budgets (with no plan B) and sold two for top dollars.

The experience of taking businesses from the intangible vision all the way to a multi-million dollar asset, and selling it off has given me a unique perspective that few business coaches or mentors bring to the table.

I have built the kind of wealth that takes strategy, grit, perseverance, innovation, and bold, unapologetic, leadership. 

Evolving as a LEADER has been THE biggest needle mover to invite in exponential growth. Making big moves, trusting my instincts, even when there is no evidence it will all come together - this is LEGACY VIBES. 

I've made it through some pretty hefty storms.

I've been on the brink of bankruptcy, foreclosure papers in one hand with the bank about to take ownership of our home and a failing business running in the red in the other hand. I've had team members steal from me, sue me, and lie to the labor department about me. I've been hit with years of back taxes on misclassified employees. I've had insurance companies accuse me of fraud.

Storms that felt like they would wipe me out to the point of no come back, but I've always climbed my way back to the top. 

Legacy wealth did not happen while I was taking naps in the bath. It came from owning my POWER and who the f*ck I came here to BE. Showing up on the good days and on the bad days. 

I built a LOT of my success on "let's get sh*t done" energy. It took me to a point, and then growth became stagnant, non-existent. Every little bump required a sh*t ton of hustle.

It wasn't until I returned to my vision, my instincts, that exponential growth felt, well, easy. In the beginning it felt so f*cking wrong to not be DOing anything productive. Now? My biggest power moves comes from my BEing.

I've built my business around my need for uninterrupted spaciousness to BE, on 3-day work weeks. 



In a world that rewards outward hustle, turning inward is a rebellious act. Cultivating your BEing, aligning your DOing, allows the HAVEing to arrive at warp speed.
