It’s been a bit since I’ve updated you, and I am absolutely thrilled to be able to share what’s been happening behind the scenes over these last couple months: how we’re switching up the brand in 2023, what that means for you and our audience, and also what it means for how we help you with scaling your business when you work with us. Hello 7-Figure Freedom!
As of now, we have officially made the transition from my personal brand, Madeleine Wyke Silva, into our company model of Hello 7-Figure Freedom. One of the main reasons we made this change is because I wanted to make our signature offer and the done-for-you business scaling services more accessible and flexible for clients in different stages of business.
Before this change, we’ve been very narrow in our scope. When assisting with scaling your business, we’ve mainly been working with those of you in the 250k-600k mark, helping you get to a million dollars within a year. And we’ve been doing that really well, but we also get a lot of clients that come to us that are in stages both below and above this mark. Sometimes they’re closer to the 100k mark, but we also have quite a few clients that we work with that are way above the million-dollar mark; some have even reached two million and above. Because of this, we wanted to create an offer for scaling your business that could accommodate clients who come to us in all different stages. We want to provide the best possible experience for every client, because as I’ve said before, scaling your business from 100k is very different than scaling your business from one million. I wanted to make sure that our offers could accommodate all of the different stages that a business would find themselves in while still delivering impeccable results.
So the most important part of this transition was restructuring our offers for scaling your business, but we also wanted to enhance the client experience…
Client Experience Improvements
We’ve been offering the Accelerator program now for about two years, and over that time period, we’ve noticed a few things that could use tweaking. In a lot of ways, we’re still a startup business, at least when you consider the fact that we haven’t been doing this for that long. Two years is not that long in business, so even though our revenue’s really high and we’re doing really well, there are some places where things still need to be adjusted.
To begin that process, we spent a lot of time deep-diving into every part of what we call the “empowered client journey.” That journey goes from the moment a client becomes aware of us, to the moment that they decide to join us and start working with us, all the way through the whole program experience.
We’ve recently been going through every aspect of the journey through scaling your business and turning over every piece, looking at everything to ensure that the experience for our clients truly is top-notch. We want to see what we can do on our end to really assist you in getting better results while scaling your business.
Ultimately, what we’ve realized is that we want to add more done-for-you components into the experience for our clients. We’ve also realized that because I’ve been doing all the delivery, even as the CEO, I’ve become a little bit of a bottleneck as far as our growth goes.
We want to break that bottleneck open, so we’ve started working on pulling my team in to really streamline the delivery of those done-for-you components of scaling your business. We’ve been working out our standard operational procedures and the workflow and procedures all around the different components that we deliver, and also adding in additional things to our offers.
New Offers for Scaling Your Business
While scaling your business, we already do a full-on operations buildout where we look closely at every system and make sure they’re doing the most they can for you. Technology and systems do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to scaling your business; we always say that systems might not be the super sexy part of a business, but what they can do for your business is definitely super sexy.
But moving into the new year, we now have a whole component of the process that’s now being built out with a dedicated project manager and a whole installation team that works alongside the project manager. From there, my team trains our clients’ team members and hands all of those structures off to them so that they can own those structures and make sure that they are maintained and sustained within the business.
While scaling your business, we also do a dream-team install, where we do everything from identifying who you need to hire to what the budget should be so you can actually afford to bring in the support that you need on your team. And then we look at how to train them and properly onboard them, as well going through the full-on hiring process for you and bringing in these top-notch people.
Ultimately, our program is all about freeing up the CEO to actually step into their zone of genius and really owning that rather than tackling the day-to-day operations. So our main priority while restructuring our offers is to figure out how we can do more of that. How can we free up the CEO faster as they start working with us? How can we really help them step into that strategic thinking and have the bandwidth to see the bigger picture, and maybe even implement some really cool strategies and projects into their business that they’ve been thinking about for a long time?
The other thing that we’ve done is that we have updated our client success map.
Our client success map contains the four steps that we take our clients through during the accelerator program. It’s the 7-Figure Freedom Method that I’ve developed, but we’ve updated it so that it’s way more flexible and actually changes depending on what stage of business one of our clients is in when they come to us. So if you purchase the whole program, you can choose the path you want depending on where you are in business. That way, it’ll look a little bit different for a 100k business than it’ll look for a 1.2 million business. You can choose the path that best suits you.
The best news? We’ve done something even wilder than that. We also took each one of the four modules (Cash Flow Accelerator, Operations Build-Out, Dream Team Install, and Freedom for the CEO), and made it so you can actually purchase just one of the modules at a time. So if somebody wants to come to us and they just want help with building out their operations, or help with a dream team install, or whatever module you need, there’s a lot of flexibility for our clients to step in at different levels. We’ve also added additional customization for our clients so that they can really customize the journey through the accelerator program that fits and suits their business stage the best, and they can get much quicker results.

You can imagine why I’m so excited for 2023 now, right? I love that we’re starting the year out with all these new goodies in our bags.
